Dr. Eaton is Research Assistant Professor at the University of Utah. Her research focuses on the use of ethnodrama as an arts-based intervention to improve perceptions of late life potential and quality of life for caregivers. She teaches for the Gerontology Interdisciplinary Program; creating courses in Aging and the Arts and Research Methods.
Dr. Eaton’s previous work has included directing grants and projects for the University of Utah Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence, and program manager of the HRSA funded Comprehensive Geriatric Education Programs that created a geriatric care management program, and a geriatric nurse leadership emphasis in a distance based RN to BSN program.
